The United States is a diverse society that is a melting pot of cultures, beliefs, values, and morals that has one thing in common, a love for this great nation and the opportunities it affords us.

President Trump has created a platform for discussion. While it's apparent that everyone has an opinion, the important driver is that President Trump has jump-started conversations important to our families, including Employment growth, Nationalism, Immigration, Military, Education, and Healthcare.

I have familiarity on these topics based on an honest and ethical objectivity that offers refreshing points of views, based on facts and data. I am an Executive, Author, and a Republican with a drive and desire to become United States Senator representing Arizona.

I can no longer stay silent regarding injustices and things that are just wrong. Change needs to occur and when elected will create the cohesiveness needed in the Senate to assist President Trump in his mission.

Please help me gather 8000 signatures by April, to be eligible for the August primary and bring a liveliness to the debate cycle. I look forward to debating my peers on numerous current affairs or topics that affect our families.

  • 1988 - I was a consultant at NBC News - If you remember the news article carried by the NY Post - about the email that Bryant Gumble wrote blasting his co-hosts (Jane Pauley, Willard Scott, John Palmer...) -I learned very quickly about being a scapegoat - this was the year that Bryant Gumbel was wanting to re-negotiate his contract - I was the one that was transferring email from one server to another - luckily I backed up everything and when the lawyers asked if I did it - I stated give me 15 minutes and I will tell you who did. Interesting that as I was looking for who access the Executive of NBC News at the time came and confiscated my backups - they determined it was not me who released the email to the NY Post

2013 - My Not for Profit (CollegeSpoke)- was caught up in the IRS scandal in 2013 and 2014 - where the IRS was not approving Not for Profits from Kentucky. It was just wrong and hurt a lot of Students that I was helping graduate from High School.

    Education

1: It's just wrong -Administration costs are growing exponentially over the last 10 years while teachers salaries have not changed!

2: It's just wrong- textbooks allocations have gone "way" down as school systems move to on-line books but do all students have internet at home (I think not).

3: It's just wrong- Teachers are using their salary which is a 1/4 of the Superintendent Salary to buy school supplies! Wait, the school system is funded by the Federal government (butt's in seats) but teachers buy their own school supplies?

4: It's just wrong- Advance Placement (AP) is the method to get college credit while in High School. The Community College system is amazing - why are we not funding integration of the community college system versus funding our education budget with AP classes. I would love to debate anyone on this topic....

5: It's just wrong - The number of Administrators or in-direct labor on a school system staff compared to the total budget.

6: It's just wrong - Students are not considered the customers and teachers are direct labor. The customer is king not the administration!

7: It's just wrong - School systems are more concerned with "butts in seats" than education.

8: It's just wrong - There is a caste system in the school system.

    Healthcare

1: It's just wrong -CMS's drug "donut hole" for senior citizens.

2: It's just wrong- Pharmaceutical costs for medicine - just curious do they include their advertising costs in their R&D budget?

3: It's just wrong- Against Medical Advice is on the rise - look at the trends CMS implemented 7-day and 30-day re-admissions versus AMA during the same period of tracking.

4: It's just wrong- An individual in the hospital should not be able to be released AMA without a family member sign-off. Oh, I would love to debate this one!

5: It's just wrong - A disabled person is not accepted into a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF or Rehab)- I would love to debate this one even more!

6: It's just wrong - Americans with Disabilities Act has been around since 1990 but doctors continue to not abide by it. Did you know that doctor offices are supposed to have adjustable exam tables and a wheelchair scale - I can't wait for someone to debate me on this one!

    Military/Veteran Transition

1: It's just wrong -that the Veterans Affairs and Military that there is not a solid integration between Military and Veteran Affairs.

2: It's just wrong- A soldier transitioning from the Military "while" in the military does not have his VA paperwork and C&P exam completed prior to exiting. There should not be a gap.

3: It's just wrong- GI bill - Universities should be held accountable to ensure our Veterans are graduating within 36 months. The facts are a low percentage of Veterans graduate within the 36 months.

4: It's just wrong- If a Military soldier is on medication prior to separation from the Military that must be a program to maintain their medication if not transitioned to VA Healthcare. Civilian healthcare will not understand and remove them from there medication.

5: It's just wrong - Veteran Affairs CBOC's are paid at a capitated rate once a year - this needs to change to quarterly - let's debate this one!

6: It's just wrong - National Guard or Reservists - call to duty and their job is protected but not their salary - they move down to military pay from their current pay. Their spouse struggles to keep their house - while their loved one's is defending our country.

    Business

1: It's just wrong -Executives can lay-off employees to "reduce costs" and collect a bonus because of this lay-off for the same year. Sarbanes-Oxley needs to be enhanced "if a layoff occurs in that year - Executives cannot receive a bonus." Layoffs are not to help the business but to pay Executive bonuses. The Profit Margin is what Executives are paid on as well as escalators in place based on different levels of profit margin as in the AIG case with their large payouts.

2: It's just wrong- The government provides bail-out money to corporations (2008) and did not tell them it needed to be posted to "debt" - need to ensure we never have another AIG fiasco - due to profit margin payouts.

3: It's just wrong- That all the government can shut down if the budget is not approved. This needs to be fixed - Military and critical areas need to have separate budget approval.

4: It's just wrong- that when one cancels their service with a large provider the automatic pay bills for another month - this needs to be investigated by FTC - I know because it happened to me with Time Warner and to my daughter with Verizon FIOS - they even put it as collection on her credit report - we both called Verizon they would not take it off - the service was canceled in December and the autopay continued to bill. Verizon had the tenacity to state she was responsible for canceling the autopay. If this was investigated by FTC it would be a tens of millions that are owed subscribers, based on talking to others that have had the same issue.
